SENATE BILL NO. 106 "An Act providing for certain individuals                                                                   
who have erected a building on land leased from the state to receive a                                                          
preference right to purchase certain state land without competitive bid"

Senator Dyson, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                                 
adoption of the State Affairs Committee Substitute offered on page                                                              
1783. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 106(STA) was
